Attacking Fielding:

These drills are designed for fielder to move swiftly and attack the ball and throw at the stumps as quickly as possible.


Drills 3:

This drill is to improve your recovery from a certain position.

The ball is thrown towards the fielder who has to dive to collect the ball.

Once collected the ball, he needs to recover quickly from the position and has to throw the ball at the stumps placed.

This drill is very effective and important and helps the fielder to gain confidence in himself to dive and take catches.

Also this process is designed to help the fielder to move swiftly and quickly to take catches and recover from any position.
